Owner & Event Coordinator Since 1990, Nola has been dazzling her clients with innovative foods, delightful décor and saavy soirees for private parties, corporate events and gorgeous weddings. Having specialized at the Cordon Bleu in New York in Sicilian and French Cuisine, Nola loves to incorporate ethnic twists with NW flavors. You will often find her at the Pike Place Market selecting foods from her favorite vendors to create yummy menus for clients and friends. Nola also loves to do private cheffing and cooking classes for home parties and team building. Food and catering continues to be her passion and her service to others. |
Becca Bamer
Lead Event Coordinator Day-of Wedding Coordinator Becca began to work for Nola's Catering in the summer of 2020 but had plenty of experience in event planning since 2016, rooted to constantly helping at our events and gradually beginning to work more integrated with the company. She started more with corporate events and local fundraisers, and while she loved the big hustling and bustling of that, she found more pleasure in the finer details of weddings, anniversaries and other milestone events. She is very kind, thoughtful, and has spent much of her time either supporting the company or babysitting adorable children in her free time. She is a very articulate, decorative, and fierce supporter of her clients and team, always striving to make every event better than the last. From small house parties to large venues with hundreds of guests, she has always put her best side forward and will continue to help everyone as best she can. |
Chef Weeze Nelligan
Head Chef & Recipe Developer Weeze is an expert saucier, mushroom forager and delights in customizing menus. She has been delighting customers with her exceptional food for nearly 30 years. She moved from front of the house work to back of the house, where she traveled across the country serving food until moving to Washington State. She loves to talk with clients, ensure everything is to perfection, and you can often see her making sure that the food looks gorgeous as it is presented. |
