Hello everyone! As we transition from winter to (almost) spring here at Nola's Events, we are looking forward to wedding season and being a part of the Snohomish Wedding Tour on May 31st . As always we love to share these details and connect you with all the great opportunities we have her in the PNW for all things WEDDING. With a quick registration, it's FREE! This is a wonderful way to see a variety of vendors all in one place and enjoy some time out in Snohomish County. Some of our favorite venue's and views (gorgeous mountains, trees, farms) are in Snohomish County. Why not come to the show and make some stops along the way? It's a beautiful area of Washington State. And of course, there will be FOOD! We love crafting dishes for these events and sharing our love of food with you. Our amazing Chef Weeze is receiving rave reviews for some fantastic new dishes too, and we will be sharing more about that on our blog in the coming weeks.
All the details are HERE - Mark your calendars and we hope to see you there!

We have spent such a fun loving, celebratory time with our fabulous clients this season.
Fabulous wedding reception at a private home in Seattle. Adorable woodland themed 1st birthday party. Wonderful Golden Gardens Wedding with Chris and Paula. Happy fall everyone!
Enjoy this simple fall recipe with a glass of pinot gris. Chantrelles are abundant in the Pacific Northwest. Found in the wild tucked in clusters between moss and Douglas Fir trees, their bright yellow is a pop of color among the falling leaves on the forest floor.Hearty and distinctly earthy, there is no better way to truly taste the wild of the PNW. Find them in abundance right now at local grocery stores, or for the more adventurous, on a stroll in the forest.Ingredients: Roughly chopped Chanterelles Julienne Lacinato Kale Quartered Tomatoes Julienne fresh Sage 2 tsp miso Directions: Saute Chanterelles in some olive oil, ghee or butter until starting to soften. Add the Kale and Tomatoes until soft. Stir in the miso paste until melted. Top with Julienne Sage. Enjoy with Crostini and a glass of Pinot Gris! |
