Summer Parties and Hors d’oeuvres Season

As the summer of 2022 started, our kitchen and event staff were so delighted to start working many more  clients. Funnily enough, all of our clients from our events thus far have been claiming summer to be hors d'oeurves season and they are absolutely right! Why not pair the fresh and warm sunshine with our light, spicy, summery mango and kiwi salsa and rich shrimp skewers? Maybe the sweet and salty nectarine flatbread with balsamic glaze to whet your appetite, and the old American classic, the pulled pork sliders with subtly sweet cole slaw? Or the crunchy and cold crudités vegetable platters with the dark blue waters of the Pacific Northwest? We have had a blast working our events in West Seattle this summer and we can't wait for more! Thank you to all of our clients who have made our experiences so worthwhile this summer!
